UDS uses Die sensors to ensure the highest level of operation and quality. Our Dies and equipment undergo routine preventive maintenance to ensure quality production.

All Dies and Tooling are covered with our Tooling Guarantee. We build our Dies and Tooling with strong standards and quality to allow us to cover labor, repairs, routine maintenance and protective storage for the life of the program.

UDS Quality Control maintains many processes to ensure the product is perfect. Material is inspected upon receipt at UDS. It will not be entered into inventory until every level passes inspection. Our Dies will not start production until a First Piece inspection is complete and passes. Continuous in-process inspections from both the operators and the Quality Control personnel ensure a quality run. Product will not be shipped until a Final Inspection passes at all points.
